What data do we collect?

Wild by Nature LLP collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number).

  • Information on your event or specific to your order, such as guest numbers and dietary requirements.

  • We may record or capture your image during filming for advertising purposes, this will be made clear at the time and you will be given the opportunity to opt-out.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Wild by Nature LLP with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.

How do we store your data?

Wild by Nature LLP securely stores your data at on a secure server, using password protected devices enabled with two-factor authentication.

Wild by Nature LLP will keep any event data and personal identifying information for a period of 8 years, or longer if information is given more than 12 months prior to an event being held. This is because LLP tax and accounting records are required to be kept for 6 years from the end of the LLP’s accounting period. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by erasing booking and order records, as well as email exchanges, save where there is any ongoing relationship (such as repeat-booking or ordering) or any sort of dispute.

Marketing

Wild by Nature LLP would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Wild by Nature LLP from contacting you for marketing purposes.
