Front of House Assistant Manager
Bulls Head Pub, Craswall
The Position:
To manage all aspects of the pub, supporting The General Manager and teams.
About the role
The role is for a hands-on Assistant Manager who can motivate and inspire the team to deliver the very best food and guest experience within the pub, cabins and with the wider Wild By Nature Teams. Working with the best home-grown and the finest British produce, amazing beers and wines. You will be a problem solver and comfortable working in a close-knit team of like-minded individuals. Someone who is aspirational to achieve the very best.

The Vision
Our vision is to breathe new life into the Bull’s Head and to create the archetypal Black Mountain’s Pub Experience. What does this mean? It means a warm welcome, great food and drink and a cosy, rustic environment in which to enjoy it. To achieve this we have to excel in every level of food, drink, service and venue so that every single guest, whether a passing walker who stops in for a quick drink or a guest who has travelled down from the city to spend a weekend with us feels the same sense of enrichment when they leave. We hope to re-establish the pub both as a community hub and as a destination dining experience that is welcoming to all.
Remuneration and benefits.
Minimum 40-hour week
Hourly pay + Full Tronc
compressed four day working week with statutory leave entitlement
Company matched pension contribution.
After successful completion of your probationary period, you may be provided with a staff discount of 30% on meat products, restaurant meals at our venues (food only) and accommodation up to a maximum total value of £1000 in any calendar year.
Closed Christmas period, days on which Christmas Day falls.

Chef de Partie
Bulls Head Pub, Craswall

To manage all aspects of the menu and food production for The Bulls Head Pub and support with preparation for events at: Old Great Marlborough and Lower House Farm.

Kitchen Porter
Bulls Head Pub, Craswall
The Position:
To maintain all aspects of the cleaning in the kitchen, bar and all back of house areas and cabins at the Bulls Head. Supporting the wider business when required.
