Our Regenerative Beef Box is the perfect way for you and your family to sample a range of the products that we have to offer. We provide the very best native breed, slow grown beef, from our regenerative farm in the Black Mountains, reared and prepared with a focus on flavour, quality and our nose-to-tail approach.

Each pack includes:

Beef Mince - 400g (x2)

Mince Beef from our grass fed cattle. Dry aged for an intense, deep flavour. Great for hearty stews and other one pot dishes.

Diced Beef - 500g (x2)

Diced Beef from the Shoulder of our grass fed cattle. Dry aged for tenderness and a deep flavour. Great for hearty stews and other one pot dishes.

Oaxacan Sausages - 400g (x2)

Our Oaxacan Sausages are a regional Mexican style beef sausage made with coarsely ground garlic, chilli, cider vinegar and fresh herbs. Made by hand on the farm from native breed, grass fed beef.

Beef Sausages - 400g (x2)

Our Beef Sausages are made with red wine, garlic, wholegrain mustard and fresh herbs. Made by hand on the farm from native breed, grass fed beef.

Rump Steak - 225g (x2)

The rump is a rich and dense steak cut, little firmer in texture than other prime steaks such as sirloin or rib-eye. The cut comes from the backside of a cow, an area which works hard. Where it doesn’t quite have the tenderness of other cuts, it more than makes up for it with it’s deep, savoury character. Dry aged on the bone for 45 days.

Sirloin Steak - 225g (x2)

The sirloin is a rich and tender steak cut. Full of flavour and a with a good covering of fat on the outside, which renders down perfectly when cooked. Dry aged on the bone for 45 days.

Beef Shin - 900g (x1)

The Beef Shin is an often overlooked cut, and it’s one of our favourites.

Dry aged on the bone for at least 30 days, it has a deep, scrumptious and unctuous flavour. We leave the bone and bone marrow in the cut, which intensifies the character even further. Cook low and slow, for beef that falls off the bone and melts in the mouth. Beef at its best.

Beef Burgers - 150g (x4)

Beef Burgers from the brisket of our grass fed cattle. Dry aged for an intense, deep flavour. Great for a quick meal or a Summer BBQ.

Pepperoncino - 100g (x1)

Our farmhouse style pepperoncino. Made from our native breed, grass fed beef and free range pork. Seasoned with Guajillo chilli, smoked paprika, red wine and garlic. A complex, smokey and fruity flavour with sweet subtle heat.

Grass Fed Beef Dripping - 270g (x1)

Our Grass Fed Beef Dripping from native breed cattle that are grass fed, slowly grown and ideally suited to the raw and rugged hills on which they reside. Use to make homemade Yorkshire puddings and to lightly coat potatoes before roasting to make them extra crisp and tasty.

Beef Faggots - 200g (x2)

A British classic, made with minced beef and select offal cuts from our regeneratively farmed cattle and prepared by our Head Butcher Sammy on the farm. Best served with creamy mash and an onion gravy.

Our native breed cattle are grass fed, slowly grown and ideally suited to the raw and rugged hills on which they reside. On the farm we hang and dry for at least a month before breaking down the animal. This process creates beef that has a distinct flavour and texture.

Delivery or Collection

Online orders are delivered on Friday via Parcelforce or can be collected from Lower House Farm. The cutoff for placing an order for the same week is Tuesday at midnight. Find out all delivery information.

If you have ordered for delivery before Easter weekend, your meat will be delivered on Thursday the 6th of April, as our couriers are not delivering on Good Friday.

Storage

The contents will arrive frozen, with some items ambient. When it arrives put the items straight into your freezer and consume before the best before date on the pack. Defrosted items should be consumed within 48 hours.
